In this thesis process chains from hydrogen production to refueling of a fuel cell passenger car with 70 MPa pressure tank are analyzed. Centralized and decentralized production as well as truck-based distribution in gaseous and liquid form are compared. By means of optimizations, operating strategies, infrastructures and delivery routes are developed and refueling station components are dimensioned. Finally, the costs of hydrogen, electric energy for battery charging, gasoline and diesel per distance are compared.
