Abstract:
An approach for a virtual aircraft model with the purpose to simulate the static and dynamic aeroelastic behavior of a flexible aircraft is presented. To reduce the computational effort, methods for accurate model reduction and their applicability for a flexible aircraft configuration is investigated.
