The German construction industry suffers from a major productivity problem, which can be explained not least by the lack of digitization. The use of mobile apps for digital collaboration in the execution is therefore a potential source of productivity increase. The aim of this work is to create a software concept that improves the communication between project participants on the construction site in the execution phase. A user-friendly software is designed in the sense of the human-centred design method, in which the requirements for a product are formulated by the perspective of the users and other stakeholders in order to design a usable software. First of all, the usage environment is considered in more detail, after which personal interviews are conducted in the form of semi-structured expert interviews in order to create a catalog of requirements for the software concept. This is finally applied to develop a user-centered design concept. With the aid of particular scenarios, the user's interactions with the product are demonstrated.
