Abstract:
Dynamics of degranulation was studied in horse eosinophils by patch clamp capacitance measurements. Degranulation was stimulated by intracellular application of calcium, and GTPgammaS or guanosine 5'-(beta,gamma-imido)triphosphate at different concentrations via the patch pipette.
