Abstract:
The aetiology of Adamantiades-Behçet's disease remains unknown and its pathogenesis is not fully understood. Linked intrinsic and extrinsic factors are thought to contribute to the development of the disease, which probably occurs by environmental triggering of a genetically determined disorder.
