Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde die sportliche Aktivität nach osteosynthetischer Versorgung der proximalen Humerusfraktur mittels winkelstabiler Platte untersucht. Die etablierten Schulter-Scores MSQ (85,22±13,65; Range:37-100), SPADI(88,80±16,47; Range:36-100), DASH(10,22±14,75; Range:0-69) und Constant-Score(75,43±13,66; Range:35-100) kamen zur Anwendung. Zudem konnte mittels eines Sportaktivitätsfragebogen kein statistisch signifikanter Unterschied in der Analyse der Anzahl an Stunden und Frequenz an Sport pro Woche von prä-zu postoperativ gefunden werden.     «

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sporting activity after treating the fracture of the proximal humeral head with locking plate fixation. The established Shoulder-Scores MSQ (85,22±13,65; Range:37-100), SPADI(88,80±16,47; Range:36-100), DASH(10,22±14,75; Range:0-69) and Constant-Score(75,43±13,66; Range:35-100) have been used.
