Abstract:
In this study the interaction of non-ionic ethylene-vinylacetate and carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymers with inorganic binders was investigated. Experiments were performed by using aqueous latex dispersions as well as their corresponding re-dispersible powders in order to assess the impact of the spraying aids. The latex powders were prepared via spray drying of the aqueous mother liquors under the addition of the poly(vinylalcohol) as protective colloid and kaolin as anti-caking agent.

In dieser Studie wurde die Interaktion von nicht-ionischen Ethylen-Vinylacetat- und carboxylierten Styrol-Butadien-Copolymeren mit anorganischen Bindemitteln untersucht. Zur Beurteilung des Einflusses der Sprühhilfen wurden die Experimente mit wässrigen Dispersionen sowie deren re-dispergierbaren Pulvern durchgeführt, welche durch Sprühtrocknung der wässrigen Ausgangsdispersionen unter Zugabe von Poly(vinylalkohol) als Schutzkolloid und Kaolin als Antibackmittel hergestellt wurden.
