Entwicklung eines Fragebogens mit 20 Items zur Erfassung der Schwere, Dauer und Häufigkeit von Freezing of Gait (FOG), sowie der damit verbundenen Alltagsbeeinträchtigung und Angst. Die Erhebung an 150 Parkinson Patienten und anschließende Auswertung des Fragebogens zeigt eine hohe Korrelation zwischen den einzelnen Items und eine hohe innere Konsistenz. Die Items zeigen homogene Faktorladungen auf zwei Hauptkomponenten, wobei die Fragen zur Dauer herausfallen. Development of a questionnaire containing 20 items to detect the severity, duration and frequency of Freezing of Gait (FOG) and the associated impairment and anxiety in everyday life. The developed questionnaire was filled out by 150 Parkinson's patients. Statistical evaluations of survey responses showed that the individual items are highly correlated and disclose a high internal consistency. The items further show homogeneous factor loadings on two main components, whereas items concerning the duration were not considered. We provide a useful instrument which is able to objectively assess FOG. Future research might deal with further validations regarding this instrument.     «
