Abstract:
Die Arbeit behandelt vier Themenblöcke. 1) Copolymerisation von PDMS mit organischen Monomeren, sowie kinetische Untersuchungen zur Polymerisationsreaktion. 2) Funktionalisierung von PDMS mit Nukleobasen und Untersuchungen zur Aggregation der funktionellen Gruppen untereinander, sowie mit weiteren Bindungspartnern. 3) Cyclodextrin-funktionelle Silikone, welche sich zur Aufnahme und Abgabe kleiner Moleküle eignen. 4) Thiol-en Click-Polymerisation zur Synthese von Polythioethern.

The thesis concerns four subjects. 1) Copolymerization of PDMS with organic monomers and kinetic investigations concerning the polymerization reaction. 2) Functionalization of PDMS with nucleobases and investigations of the aggregation of the functional groups with each other and with different receptors. 3) Cyclodextrin functional silicones, which are able to take up and release small molecules. 4) Thiol-ene click-polymerization for synthesis of polythioethers.
