Abstract:
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Effekt von Antihypertensiva auf Leberzelltumore. Gewählt wurde jeweils ein Repräsentant aus den großen Medikamentengruppen. Es wurde sowohl ihre Wirkung auf verschiedene Lebertumorzelllinien, sowie auf humane Hepatozyten untersucht. Dafür wurde sowohl die Zellproliferation, die LDH-Freisetzung, die Expression verschiedener Zellzyklus-regulierender Proteine, als auch eine Unterscheidung zwischen Apoptose und Nekrose mittels FACS-Analyse durchgeführt.

This work researches the reactions of hepatoma cell-lines to antihypertensive drugs.
We used one representative from each major group and analyzed the effect on various liver tumor cell-lines as well as on human hepatocytes. For this we conducted a measurement of cell proliferation, of the release of LDH, of an alteration of the expression of cell cycle regulating proteins and a differentiation between necrosis and apoptosis through FACS-analysis.
