Die vorliegende Dissertation nahm sich zur Aufgabe, den Kompetenzerwerb von Schlüsselqualifikationen zu evaluieren. Dabei wurde die am Lehrstuhl für Sportpädagogik entwickelte Zusatzqualifikation „Outdoor Education“ zum Forschungsgegenstand erhoben. Um die Forschungsfragen zu beantworten, wurde eine Methodentriangulation von quantitativen und qualitativen Verfahren verwendet.

This doctoral thesis had the task of evaluating the acquisition of key skills qualifications. The additional qualification "Outdoor Education" which was developed at the Department of Sport Pedagogy was raised to research. To answer the research questions, a methodological triangulation of quantitative and qualitative methods was used.
