Im Rahmen einer Interventionsstudie zu psychodynamisch- interpersoneller Kurzzeittherapie bei Patienten mit multisomatoformer Störung wurden die Symptome der Patienten strukturiert erfasst. Es finden sich Hinweise für Zusammenhänge von Art und Anzahl der Symptome mit soziodemografischen Merkmalen, psychischer Komorbidität und dem Therapieverlauf. Faktorenanalytisch ließen sich sechs Symptomcluster unterscheiden, deren Charakteristik mit anderen in der Literatur beschriebenen Lösungen verglichen und diskutiert werden.      «

Within a randomized clinical trial applying brief psychodynamic interpersonal psychotherapy in patients with Multisomatoform Disorder, patients' symptoms were recorded by a structured clinical interview. We found associations between type and number of symptoms and sociodemographic characteristics, psychiatric comorbidity and clinical outcome. We identified six symptom clusters by a factor analysis. The characteristics of these clusters are compared with other solutions described in the literature. Finally we discuss similarities and discrepancies between these solutions.      «
