Abstract:
Atypical chronic myeloid leukemia (aCML) as defined by the WHO classification is a rare hematopoietic stem cell disorder, which shows both myeloproliferative as well as myelodysplastic features. Because of the presence of neutrophilic leukocytosis, aCML may resemble chronic myelogenous leukemia.
