Ziel der Arbeit ist die Konzeption eines Rechnerwerkzeuges, welches den speziellen Anforderungen der variantenreichen Ressourcenplanung für kundenindividuelle Produkte gerecht wird. Das entwickelte Konzept kann sowohl die Variationen von Produkt und Fertigung, wie auch die in diesem Spannungsfeld entstehende Komplexität aufnehmen und planerisch in dergleichen Großunternehmen, aber auch ressourcenlimitierten kleineren und mittleren Unternehmen umgesetzt werden. Genutzt wird dabei eine Modularisierung von sowohl den kundenindividuellen Produkteigenschaften, als auch der Fertigung. Die eigentliche Lösungsberechnung erfolgt durch eine stufenweise Determination der innerhalb jeder Zieldimension besten Ressourcenkombinationen, welche wiederum fertigungsstufenübergreifend miteinander variiert werden bis über die Folgestufen hinweg jeweils optimale Planungslösungen in den einzelnen Zielhauptdimensionen zur Verfügung stehen.     «

The aim of the work is the conception and prototypical realization of a new computer tool, which is applicable to the special requirements of the versatile resource planning of customer specified products. The developed concept can be utilised both by the variations of product and manufacturing, as well as the complexity developing in this area of conflict. In addition it can be used in large-scale enterprises, as well as in resource-limited smaller and middle enterprises. With a continuous application of modularisation the individual customer product specification and the manufacturing needs are reflected. The actual optimizing solution computation takes place via a gradual determination of the resource combinations, which represent the optimum within each goal dimension. They are varied with one another again gradually to generate optimal planning solutions in the individual goal main dimensions.     «
