Modulares, direkt befahrbares Längsträgersystem für den schnellen Ersatzneubau – dargestellt anhand von zwei Autobahnbrücken in Bayern

Modulare, direkt befahrbare Betonmodule verlagern einen großen Anteil der Wertschöpfung in die Baufabrik und verkürzen die Bauzeit vor Ort signifikant. Am Beispiel der Brücken im Zuge der BAB A9 – Lentinger Bach und A8 – Rohrdorf (BW 98) werden Konzept, Fertigung/Montage und normative Herausforderungen der Modularen A-Bauwerke (modulares Längsträgersystem) erläutert und gegenüber Modularen Ü-Bauwerken (zusammengespannte Fertigteilplatten auf Längstragsystem) eingeordnet und gegenüber konventioneller Bauweise abgegrenzt. Beide Modulsysteme sind abdichtungsfrei und direkt befahrbar. Kernthema des Beitrags sind die Modularen A-Bauwerke.      «

Modular, directly drivable concrete deck solutions shift much of the value creation to the factory and significantly reduce on-site time. Using the A9 “Lentinger Bach” and A8 “Rohrdorf (BW 9 )” projects, this paper discusses the concept, fabrication/assembly and code-related challenges of Modular A-structures (modular longitudinal girder system), and positions them relative to Modular Ü-structures (precast slabs on longitudinal girder system) and distinguished from conventional construction methods. Both modular systems operate without waterproofing or asphalt course. The focus is on Modular A-structures.     «
