- Interfaces zum Erheben strukturierter Information werden von Nutzern nur in Form von domänenspezifischen "Padded-Cell"-Editoren akzeptiert, die Markup verbergen und Texte in formatierter Form ausgeben. Die vorliegende Dissertation befasst sich mit der Entwicklung von Padded-Cell-Editoren. Ein Generierungsansatz reduziert den Entwicklungsaufwand; die Verwendung von XML-Technologie zur Implementierung der Editoren garantiert Plattformunabhängigkeit und Integrierbarkeit der generierten Editoren.
- Translated abstract:
- Interfaces for editing structured information are accepted by users only in the form of domain-specific “padded-cell” editors, which hide the markup and show typographically formatted text. This thesis deals with the development of padded-cell editors. A generating approach reduces development costs; the use of XML technologies for the editors’ implementation allows platform-independent deployment of the editors and their integration into different systems.
