CFRP in automotive volume production. The development of more sophisticated production processes, necessary to achieve this goal, is associated with the growth of acquired data. To handle this information overload and extract its inherent knowledge, a DWH-system for structured data analysis will be established. These data will be used to compile various data mining models to predict defective parts. This data-driven approach will be complemented by a concept to integrate the models into a production system. Therefore a contribution to the profitability of large-scale CFRP production is made.
