Anhand vier ausgewählter Verfahren in Bayern werden die ökonomischen Wirkungen der Flurneuordnung auf die Landwirtschaft berechnet. Die Wirkungen hinsichtlich des Arbeitszeitbedarfs und der Maschinenkosten werden auf einzelbetrieblicher Ebene durch einen Vergleich relevanter Kenngrößen vor und nach Durchführung der Flurneuordnung berechnet. Die Bestimmung der Kenngrößen erfolgt unter anderem mittels GIS. Die Arbeit beruht auf Daten der Flurneuordnungsbehörden, der Landwirtschaftsverwaltung und den Ergebnissen einer Betriebsbefragung. Es wird gezeigt, dass die Flurneuordnung in den betrachteten Gebieten, wenn auch in unterschiedlichem Maße, zu einem Rückgang des Arbeitszeitbedarfs und der Maschinenkosten geführt hat. Diese Einsparungen lassen sich auf die Vergrößerung der Bewirtschaftungseinheiten und den Wegebau zurückführen.     «

On the basis four selected projects in Bavaria the economic effects of the land consolidation on the agriculture are calculated. The effects regarding the workforce requirements and the machinery costs are calculated on farm-level by comparing relevant characteristics before and after the land consolidation. Among other means GIS helped to determine the characteristics. The study is based on data of the land consolidation authorities, the agriculture administration and the results of an farm survey. It can be shown that the land consolidation in the studied areas, although to a different extend, led to a decrease of the workforce requirements and the machinery costs. These savings can be attributed to the enlargement of the plots and the construction of roads.      «
