Abstract:
Oncogenic gene fusions are important drivers in many cancer types, including carcinomas, with diagnostic and therapeutic implications. Hence, sensitive and rapid methods for parallel profiling in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens are needed.
