Translated abstract:
The aim of the present work is the development and validation of a management tool for time scale dependent milk quantity forecasting and a management tool for dynamic process variant dependent raw milk logistics simulation. The management tools developed are tested on four real milk catchment areas (n = 849 dairy farmers). Due to the high precision of the results and the strategies deduced from them, the management tool is very well suited for the daily use in milk processing companies.
