- In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Karriere am Universitätsklinikum rechts der Isar untersucht. Dazu wurden mit Hilfe leitfadenorientierter Interviews 15 Klinikchef*innen zu ihren Idealvorstellungen und Erfahrungen befragt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass in den Augen der Befragten eine universitäre Karriere mit einer Familie schwer zu vereinbaren ist und sie die bereits etablierten Maßnahmen für eine Verbesserung als wenig zielführend bewerten.
- Translated abstract:
- In the present work, the compatibility of family and career at the University Hospital rechts der Isar is being investigated. For this purpose, 15 clinic directors were asked about their ideals and experiences with the help of guided interviews. The results show that in the eyes of the interviewees a university career is difficult to reconcile with a family and they consider the already established measures for improvement to be less than expedient.
