Abstract:
Recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) shows promise for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but its safety and efficacy when administered in a setting of hepatic fibrosis, which occurs in the majority of clinical cases, is unknown.
