Many information is necessary to supply decision support and cost accounting systems for site specific crop management. Therefore, it is recomended to store this spatial data and non spatial information in only one enviroment, to minimize the administration work, to avoid data redundancy and to keep the data consistency. In this thesis it will be shown how the data structure for this enviroment has to be. Problems are discussed. With the aid of this information system field experiments are planned and controlled. Also a Cost Accounting System that allows ex post evaluations on a sub-field level has to be supplied. Depending on this goals one has to aggregate GIS-data to different sub-fields and/or different ways. In this case, for example of a fertilizer spreader, it will shown how it is possible to transfer information to the tramline and partial working widths.
