Der Wandel hin zum Anbieter integrierter Sach- und Dienstleistungskombinationen im Rahmen sogenannter Leistungsbündel stellt für produzierende Unternehmen eine vielversprechende Möglichkeit dar, die eigene Wettbewerbsposition zu stärken. Die Arbeit adressiert einen lebenszyklusorientierten Ansatz, wie Bedarfe und Potenziale zukünftig zu erbringender Leistungsbündel schon in der Planungsphase identifiziert und gegenübergestellt werden können. Dies erhöht die Transparenz planungsrelevanter Systemzusammenhänge und beugt aufwändigen Änderungen entlang des Innovationsprozesses vor. Hierfür wird ein umfassendes Lebenszyklusmodell unter Berücksichtigung der Phasen von der Entwicklung bis hin zur Nutzung und Auflösung vorgestellt. Zudem werden Methoden des strukturellen Komplexitätsmanagements weiterentwickelt, um Leistungsbündelbedarfe und -potenziale hinsichtlich verschiedener Planungshorizonte und Szenarios aufeinander abstimmen zu können.     «

Providing integrated combinations of products and services within product-service-systems represents a promising opportunity for producing companies to strengthen the own competitive situation. This thesis introduces a lifecycle-oriented approach to identify and analyse needs and potentials of future product-service-systems. This increases transparency of planning relevant system interrelations and in consequence avoids extensive changes along the innovation process. Therefore, a comprehensive lifecycle model considering the phases from planning and development to the utilisation and decomposition is presented. Further, methods concerning structural complexity management are elaborated to match needs and potentials of product-service-systems considering multiple planning horizons and scenarios.     «
