Abstract:
Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit den Methoden der industriellen Vorfertigung. Beginnend bei den Pionieren der industriellen Fertigung wird die Entwicklung von Bauweisen und Produktionstechniken bis zum heutigen Stand der Technik dargestellt. In der Analogie zum Fahrzeugbau werden Zielvisionen für den industriellen Wohnungsbau dargestellt. Anhand eigener Entwicklungen und Erfindungen werden technische Lösungen vorgestellt, wie in Zukunft die einzelnen Gewerke in die Vorfertigung verlagert werden können, um den Vorfertigungsgrad im Fertigbau auf nahezu 100 % zu steigern. Neue Montage- und Verbindungssysteme werden vorgestellt, mit denen es in Zukunft gelingen kann, sogenannte "Homes (24)" als Plug & Play Haussystem, steckbar zu machen.
Translated abstract:
This work is about the methods of the industrialized prefabrication of buildings. Beginning with the pioneers of the industrial production, the devolopement of the ways to build and to produce buildings is shown up to the state of the art. Analoge to the car industry there are delopement targets shown for the industrialized housing industry. By own developements and inventions technical solutions are presented, which make it able that different crafts can be integrated in the building process, to increase the degree of prefabrication up to 100 %. Innovative assembling and connecting systems show the way to create so called "Homes (24)" plug & play building systems in future.
