Gegenstand der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Untersuchung eines neu entwickelten kontinuierlichen Verbundgießverfahrens zur Erzeugung von zweischichtigen Aluminiumverbundbändern. Durch die Variation der Gieß- und Anlagenparameter wird das Prozessfenster des Verfahrens für die Werkstoffkombination AlSn6Cu und Al99,5 ermittelt. Die Wirkzusammenhänge zwischen den Prozessparametern und der Prozessrobustheit sowie der Verbundqualität werden aufgezeigt. Abschließend wird die umformende Weiterverarbeitbarkeit der Verbunde nachgewiesen.     «

The subject of this thesis is the investigation of a newly developed continuous composite casting process. The process window for the production of bilayer aluminium strips consisting of the alloy AlSn6Cu and pure aluminium Al99.5 is identified by varying the procedural and plant-specific parameters. Process parameter influence with respect to the stability of the casting process and compound quality is derived and analyzed. The subsequent processability of the compounds by cold rolling is shown.     «
