Abstract:
BACKGROUND: The European Union requires allergenic food ingredients to appear on labels in order to protect allergic consumers. OBJECTIVE: To determine whether traces of egg-, milk-, and fish-derived processing aids used in winemaking might elicit clinical reactions in food-allergic patients.
