BACKGROUND: Primary cellular immunodeficiencies are a group of genetic disorders in which 1 or more components of the cellular immune system are lacking or dysfunctional. OBJECTIVE: We sought to identify novel mouse mutants that display primary cellular immunodeficiencies.
