Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation wird ein Vorgehensmodell mit passender Werkzeugunterstützung zur systematischen Erstellung mobiler Dienste für die Nutzung im Automobil vorgestellt. Das Modell berücksichtigt sowohl Besonderheiten der Automobilindustrie als auch bestehende Vorgehensmodelle in Dienstleistungs- und Softwareentwicklung. Eine besondere Rolle spielen dabei im Fahrzeug erlebbare Prototypen, welche die Erhebung und Abstimmung von Anforderungen, die Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und Systemevaluationen ermöglichen. Die Erstellung geeigneter Prototypen wird durch ein komponentenorientiertes Framework und vorgefertigte Basiskomponenten, die Schnittstellen zu Fahrzeug und Nutzer implementieren, vereinfacht. Modell und Werkzeug erlauben so Automobilherstellern die systematische Vorentwicklung komplexer mobiler Dienste und damit die Durchführung von Innovationsprojekten in der nachgelagerten Wertschöpfung.     «

This thesis presents a process model with tool support for the systematic development of mobile services for the use in cars. The model is based on characteristics special to the automotive industry as well as existing models of service or software development. Prototypes play a decisive role in it, as they enable the elicitation of requirements, the communication between different stakeholders and the evaluation of systems. The creation of adequate prototypes is simplified by a component-oriented framework and ready-made base components, implementing interfaces to the car and the user. The model and the tool allow the car manufacturer to systematically develop complex mobile services and thus to conduct innovative projects targeting downstream value creation.     «
