Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Aortic stenosis (AS) induces cardiac remodeling upon chronic left ventricular (LV) pressure overload. Here, we analyzed the clinical outcome of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) for symptomatic AS with regard to varying LV hypertrophy patterns.
