Abstract:
Targeting the potent immunosuppressive properties of FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) has substantial therapeutic potential for treating autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Yet, the molecular mechanisms controlling Treg homeostasis, particularly during inflammation, remain unclear.
