Abstract:
In dieser Arbeit wird der Einfluss von Stakeholderkommunikation auf die Entstehung von Corporate Responsibility (CR) Innovationen untersucht. Ausgehend vom Konzept der Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), insbesondere der Stakeholdertheorie, des Creating Shared Value (CSV)-Ansatzes sowie der Innovationstheorie leistet diese Studie einen Beitrag zu einem genaueren Verständnis der Entstehungsprozesse und der gesellschaftlichen Effekte von CR Innovationen. Als wirtschaftsethisches Rahmenkonzept dient dabei die Ordnungsethik. Im empirischen Teil der Dissertation wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Stakeholderkommunikation und der Entstehung von CR Innovationen anhand einer qualitativen Fallstudie aus der Medizintechnikbranche untersucht.

The overarching aim of this doctoral thesis is to explore the impact of stakeholder communication on the development of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Innovations. Based on the theoretical concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in particular Stakeholder theory, Creating Shared Value (CSV) and Innovation theory, this study contributes to a more detailed understanding of the development processes and social effects of CR Innovations. The Order ethics approach serves as an ethical framework of this dissertation. The empirical part of the thesis consists of a qualitative case study approach from the medical technology industry.
