This thesis presents a procedure for the production of functionalized fiber-reinforced thermoplastic hollow profile components that combines the benefits of continuous procedures (high production volume) with those of discontinuous production processes (geometrical component complexity). In order to realize the production process the functional and procedural realization of the appropriate component and facility technology is developed. Experimental tests show the potential of this process for large-scale production.
