Advanced computational methods to accurately predict complex coupled problems involving the interaction of fluid with impermeable solids and permeable poroelastic media are developed in this thesis. Special focus is put on the physical modeling and the numerical treatment of solid body contact within these problems. All numerical formulations are based on the cut finite element method and various novel Nitsche-based approaches are introduced to incorporate the different types of interface conditions. The accuracy and robustness of the developed methods is demonstrated by various challenging configurations.

Fortschrittliche Berechnungsmethoden zur genauen Vorhersage komplexer gekoppelter Systeme, welche durch die Interaktion von Fluid mit Festkörpern und poroelastischem Medium gekennzeichnet sind, werden in dieser Arbeit entwickelt. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf der physikalischen Modellierung und den numerischen Verfahren zur Berücksichtigung von Festkörperkontakt. Alle numerischen Formulierungen basieren auf der Cut-Finite-Elemente-Methode und neuartige Nitsche-basierte Ansätze werden entwickelt, um die unterschiedlichen Arten von Interfacebedingungen zu berücksichtigen. Die Genauigkeit und Robustheit der entwickelten Methoden wird durch eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Problemstellungen gezeigt.
