Der Kraftstoffverbrauch von schweren Nutzfahrzeugen und mögliche Einsparpotentiale werden maßgeblich von individuellen Transportaufgaben beeinflusst. Am Beispiel Sattelkraftfahrzeug im Fernverkehr zeigt sich anhand von Maßnahmen zur Luftwiderstands-, Rollwiderstands- und Gewichtsreduktion der Mehrwert eines durchgängigen Verfahrens zur kundenspezifischen Bewertung. Hierzu werden Fahrzeugdatenaufzeichnungen, Luftwiderstandsmessungen sowie Kraftstoffverbrauchssimulationen und -messungen angewandt.

The fuel consumption of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and possible savings potentials are significantly influenced by individual transport missions. The added value of an integrated procedure for the customer-specific evaluation is demonstrated on the example of air drag, rolling resistance and weight reduction measures on semi-trailer trucks in long-distance traffic.
