Translated abstract:
The objective of this thesis is the identification of nonlinear mechatronic systems. Due to the fact, that mechatronic systems are very complex and their structures are normally only known in parts, modeling such systems is time-consuming. Typical for mechatronic systems is, that on the one hand the structure of the mechanical subsystem is completely available due to the functional chain torque - velocity - position and on the other hand the structure of the electrical subsystem can be determined however not without high effort. Based on the neural observer an identification method is developed, which allows the determination of unknown dynamic subsystems within a well-known subsystem. The identification algorithms are derived from the Volterra series and enable the contribution of prior knowledge in the form of a block-oriented structure. Additionally unknown linear parameters of the subsystem with the well-known structure can be identified by the combination with structured recurrent neural networks. Consequently the new identification method builds a bridge between accurate white-box-modeling techniques and modeling of the input/output behavior by black-box methods.
