Translated abstract:
The design of flank modifications for involut cylindrical gears must satisfy the goals of the excitation behaviour, the gear power losses and the flank load carrying capacity. In this thesis topological flank modifications are investigated in order to avoid this conflict of goals. The flank geometries are derived with the aim of a reasonable feasibility considering up-to-date gear grinding technologies. To validate the design methods several variants were examined on a test rig towards the excitation and load carrying properties. The calculcational potential of those flank forms could be proven.
