Translated abstract:
A new method for the concurrent creation of three-dimensional electrical circuits in additively manufactured parts by 3D-printing is presented. New process models for integrating a conductive material as well as electrical components and their contacting are developed. A fluid simulation in conjunction with experimental studies was used to determine a suitable conductive material. On the basis of test specimens, the effect of process parameter variations on the dimensions of the circuit and its electric resistivity is analyzed. A concluding in-depth potential analysis provide future field of applications for this new method.
