interaktives Steuersystem.

Translated abstract:
In this thesis a new system for intraoperativ isocentric 3d imaging based on a standard, non isocentric c-arm was developed. With this system it is possible to generate ct like images in the OR. A novel approach for the variable isocentric movement was introduced. The mechanical mechanism of a c-arm was equipped with additional motors and encoders. With a kinematic model and a calibration procedure it is possible to position the imaging system with an interactive control system on an isocentric path for the first time. The developed 3d reconstruction system is able to calculate the 3d data in near real time online to the image acquisition. The reached image quality can be verified instantaneously. Using this new approach it is possible to reduce the radiation exposure by acquiring only the needed amount of images.
