Kurzfassung:
Cardiac MRI is associated with a long acquisition process. This dissertation introduces novel deep learning-based models for fast reconstruction of highly undersampled cardiac MRI acquisitions: a complex-valued convolutional neural network (CNN) to improve the image quality of undersampled 3D LGE cardiac MRI, multi-domain CNN for highly accelerated dynamic cardiac imaging, and a rapid cardiac T1 mapping technique based on neural networks. This thesis demonstrates that deep learning can accelerate cardiac MRI acquisition with minimal processing time.
