- Abstract:
- The purpose of this thesis is in analyzing competencies for employees in Industry 4.0 by focusing on the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems and Engineering. Based on that a competency-based curriculum is proposed that covers a broad spectrum of relevant Industry 4.0 topics and includes the necessary content, methods and approaches to teach and train these competencies. Finally a multi-dimensional evaluation approach is applied.

- Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es Kompetenzen für Industrie 4.0 mit Fokus auf Bereichen wie Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik und Engineerwissenschaften zu analysieren. Darauf aufbauend wurde ein kompetenzbasiertes Curriculum entwickelt. Das Curriculum deckt ein breites Spektrum an Industrie 4.0 relevanter Themen ab und beinhält die notwendige Inhalte, Methoden und Vorgehen um diese Kompetenzen zu unterrichten. Schließlich ein mehrdimensionaler Evaluationsansatz wurde angewendet.
