Zur Verbesserung der Aussagekraft von Kosten- und Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen werden die Grundlagen und aktuell verfügbare Methoden analysiert und ein Konzept zur Erweiterung des BIM auf die Anforderungen des Planens und Bauens im Bestand vorgestellt. The early stages of planning in existing contexts are defined by ignorance, vagueness and fuzziness. Nevertheless, the planner must provide reliable information for decisions. The author analyzed basic principles and available methods to develop and propose a concept for the extension of BIM to meet the requirements of design and construction in existing contexts improving the validity of cost and sustainability assessments.
