In today`s changing word being competitive and successful is the leading motivation for all of the companies. Having productive employees is a significant milestone in achieving that. In order to enhance employee productivity as well as employee health and well-being, the effects of the indoor environment cannot be hindered. The purpose of this study is to review the existing literature to make a qualitative analysis of the key office environment factors to draw a comprehension between the office environment and occupant productivity. The literature review includes extracts from all kinds of journals, conference proceedings and books which focus on the impact of the indoor environment, occupant satisfaction and well-being with their impact on productivity. The five topics that were outlined that influence productivity in office environment in the review are the following; Visual Performance and Visual Comfort, Thermal Comfort, Indoor Air Quality, Acoustic Comfort, and Office Design. The study also includes a quantitative review of collected data utilised by a survey. The survey aims to investigate the relationship between indoor environment quality and employee productivity, with an analysis of each indoor environment factor.      «
