Ziel dieser Arbeit ist eine Identifizierung der Innaten Typ 2 Lymphoid Zellen, in zwei Kompartimenten (lokal in der Lunge vs. peripher im Blut), in Abhängigkeit von saisonalen Einflüssen und Immuntherapie bei Probanden mit allergischer Rhinitis/allergischem Asthma und gesunden Kontrollen. Bei 58 Probanden wurden in zwei Untersuchungszeiträumen (Pollenflug) klinische Daten, Sputum- und Blutproben gesammelt und mittels Durchflusszytometrie aufgearbeitet. ILC2s können durch ihre Produktion von Typ 2 Zytokinen eine allergische Reaktion einleiten, den Progress unterhalten und durch eine Immuntherapie supprimiert werden.     «

Aim of this work is the identification of type 2 innate lymphoid cells in two compartments (locally in the lung v.s. peripherally in blood), depending on seasonal influences and allergen immunotherapy in study participants with allergic rhinitis/asthma and healthy controls. We collected clinical data, sputum and blood samples from 58 participants and analyzed them using flow cytometry.
