Abstract:
Mitochondrial membrane Protein-Associated Neurodegeneration (MPAN) is a lethal neurodegenerative disorder caused by mutations in the human gene C19orf12. The molecular mechanisms underlying the disorder are still unclear, and no established therapy is available.
