Abstract:
IT ecosystems consist of dynamically interacting subsystems, components, and services containing software. Companies provide parts of IT ecosystems, e.g. for airports, train stations, and shopping malls. Due to the complex interaction of subsystems, overall behaviour cannot be completely anticipated or engineered.
