The resource-constrained project scheduling problem with flexible resource profiles is an optimization problem from the field of project management. It consists of scheduling activities and allocating resources in order to minimize the project duration. In this work, metaheuristic solution approaches are developed and evaluated. First, a hybrid metaheuristic is proposed. It allocates resources with a heuristic schedule generation scheme. Second, a model-based metaheuristic is proposed. Das ressourcenbeschränkte Projektplanungsproblem mit flexiblen Ressourcenprofilen ist ein Optimierungsproblem aus Bereich des Projektmanagements. Hierbei müssen Aktivitäten eingeplant und Ressourcen zugeteilt werden, mit dem Ziel die Projektdauer zu minimieren. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden metaheuristische Lösungsmethoden entwickelt und evaluiert.
