This work describes methods for the manufacturing process of function models for the microtechnology in a time- and cost-saving manner. For the microstructuring operations of substrates the manufacturing parameters of laser beam micromachining as well as of cut off grinding using a dicing saw are optimized. The microassembly of functional materials is successfully realized by developing a new manual microassembly system with an application tool for adhesive layers. By using the described techniques five microdroplet generators can be manufactured simultaneously in less than 10 hours.
