- Die Forschungsarbeit untersucht konstruktive Möglichkeiten, die Effizienz sozialer Wohnbauprojekte im Allgemeinen und besonders in Antioquia / Kolumbien zu steigern. Die theoretischen Ergebnisse werden durch praktische Experimente mit Prototypen und Anwendungen in kolumbianischen Wohnbauprojekten verifiziert. Es wird dargestellt, dass durch Betonfertigteile Zeit- und Geldersparnis ermöglicht wird.
- Translated abstract:
- This study investigates constructive possibilities to improve the efficiency of social housing in general and in the Department of Antioquia / Colombia in particular. The theoretical results have been proven and verified by practical applications in prototypes and in housing projects in Colombia. The results show that by using precast concrete, time and money can be saved by the application of the theoretical framework.
