Abstract:
Chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) is the major cause of late graft loss. Among others, chronic calcineurin inhibitor toxicity (CNI) contributes to the development of CAN. Therefore, reduction in CNI dosage may delay the development of CAN, leading to longer graft survival.
